Craig Meier's Biography

Dr. Craig Meier is a board-certified family physician with decades of experience providing comprehensive care to families throughout Elkhorn and West Omaha. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1993 and completed his residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington. His early career included service in the U.S. Army at Fort Riley, Kansas, where he honed his skills in high-demand, diverse clinical environments.

Since 2000, Dr. Meier has been practicing in Elkhorn, where he's become known for his calm demeanor, hands-on approach, and long-term commitment to the families he serves. He cares for patients across all age groups—from newborns to seniors—and has a particular interest in sports medicine, hormone health, and preventive care. Dr. Meier has also served for years as a sideline physician for local youth athletics, blending clinical skill with a passion for community wellness.

In addition to patient care, Dr. Meier is a medical preceptor who mentors medical students in primary care. He's also certified in BioTE hormone therapy and enjoys helping patients feel their best at every stage of life. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and giving back to the Omaha medical community.
