Dr. David Allen has been serving Omaha families since 2003 with a steady, evidence-based approach to internal medicine. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, he offers thoughtful, personalized care for adults managing both everyday and complex health concerns. He completed his medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 1998 and his residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City.

In practice, Dr. Allen takes the time to listen, build long-term relationships, and understand how a patient’s physical health, habits, and life circumstances all work together. He manages conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis, high cholesterol, and depression with both clinical precision and a human touch.
